Vijay Mallya's pre-trial hearing set for November 20
The flamboyant businessman, out on bail on an extradition warrant, is exempt from appearing for hearings before his trial is scheduled to start on December 4 and chose not to attend today's hearing at Westminster Magistrates' Court here.
