New Delhi: Bigg Boss season 11, Day 38 saw a lot of drama inside the house and the contestants getting punished for breaking rules of the task. The luxury budget task given to the contestants was that of sitting in a rocket.
If any contestant decided to step out from the rocket, the prize money on his/her name would be reduced and also, he or she would become contender for captaincy. Also, a contestant could step out only at the sound of a gong and his prize money would be announced by sanchalak Puneesh which will get reduced from the total winner's amount.
Since Puneesh didn't perform his duty well and other house members broke the role and stepped out of rocket in Puneesh's absence, the prize money was reduced to 0.
Hina Khan who was encouraging others to step out was seen crying inside the house, blaming herself for cancellation of the prize money.
Hina's father in conversation with The Times of India reacted to Hina's emotional breakdown.
TOI quoted him as saying-
“It’s difficult for us to see Hina in this state. But I understand and feel her tears as Hina is a very hardworking girl, who has always given her 100 percent to her work. For her to see a loss due to her actions is extremely difficult. She started in this industry about a decade ago and continued playing Akshara in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai for 8 long years. For her it has never been about taking a shortcut as she always believed in working hard and took each day as a new challenge.”
He further added, “But I am glad that she admitted her mistake as it takes a lot for someone to admit that they were wrong and that too on National Television. She has by far been one of the hardest working performers in all the tasks and for her such a failure is not easy. I’m sure though she will rise above this and not repeat it again.”
