Chandigarh: Clusters of balloons exploded on Sunday at a function in Chandigarh Sector 34.
At least 15 people suffered injuries in the gas balloon blast incident.
The accident happened at Allen Career Institute when some former students who were invited for an annual function were releasing the balloons.
The Nitrogen filled balloons got stuck in a bulb and instant heat caused an explosion.
The injured were rushed to Government Medical College & Hospital in Sector 32.
