UTTAR PRADESH: The Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) has announced to start their recruitment drive for over 2800 posts on their official website.
Eligible candidates can apply for the position of Accounts Officer, Assistant Account and Technician.
For online submission of forms, the portal will open on 21st February 2018. Applicants can submit the application on or prior 13th March 2018. Exam for selection of the candidates will be conducted in the second week of April.

Eligibility criteria for the applicant :
-Accounts Officer: Applicants are required to have qualified the final exam of CA (ICAI) or Cost Accountant (ICWAI).
-Assistant Accountant: Candidates between the age group of 21-40 years with Bachelor's degree in Commerce are eligible to apply.
-Technician: Candidates between the age group of 18-40 years holding Class 10 pass qualification and NCVT/ SCVT certificate in Electrician, Electrical trades are eligible to apply.
Exam pattern :
-Accounts Officer: First a written exam will be conducted of 200 marks following the interview of 25 marks.
-Assistant Accountant: The exam will cover varied topics ranging from computer knowledge, general English, General Hindi, Arithmetic, Accountancy, Auditing and Income Tax.
-Technicians: The exam will broadly cover General English, General Hindi and General knowledge.
Estimated Pay Scale :
-Accounts Officer: Hired candidate will get monthly salary of around Rs 56,100
-Assistant Account: Hired candidate will get monthly salary of around Rs 29,800
-Technician: Hired candidate will get monthly salary of around Rs 27,200
