5W1H: Mumbai rainfall led BMC on backfoot results heavy road traffic
Traffic across Mumbai was affected yet again as the city received another bout of heavy rainfall on July 8 morning. Traffic was crawling in nearly all arterial roads, with diversions in a few locations due to waterlogging.
