Bihar Election 2020: 8.14% voting till 10 am, CM Nitish Kumar cast his vote
In the second phase of assembly elections today (Tuesday, November 3), voting continues on 94 of Bihar's 243 seats. The second phase is the most important of the three phases of the assembly election. More than 2.85 crore voters will decide the fate of around 1,500 candidates on Tuesday.
