Deshhit: Centre unveils Healthcare Service Personnel and Clinical Establishments Bill
The Union Health Ministry on Monday unveiled a draft bill to deal with rising cases in the country of assault of on-duty doctors. Further, the ministry has also asked for public feedback on the draft bill which is called the Healthcare Service Personnel and Clinical Establishments (Prohibition of Violence and Damage to Property) Bill, 2019.
