DNA: 8 million doses in a day in India after new guidelines
A record 80 lakh doses of COVID vaccines were administered on the first day of implementation of the 'revised guidelines for COVID vaccination', the Health Ministry said on Monday. While till now the vaccines were free for people above 45 years of age, under the revised guidelines that came into effect from Monday, this facility has been extended to all people above 18 years.
