Expected rain in western parts of Delhi, says IMD
A day after fogged out Delhi recorded the coldest day in 119 years, the numbing cold continues to sweep through Delhi-NCR on December 31. The minimum temperature at 8 am was 5 degrees Celsius in Delhi as fog blanketed several parts of the city.
