Manali: Punjab tourists' hooliganism in the middle of the road, 4 tourists in police custody after incident
Manali Police in Himachal Pradesh has arrested four people for attacking local people with swords at the hill station. The arrested men, who were tourists from Punjab, allegedly started the attack when they were asked to move their car out of the way.
