Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 2019 Comes Into Effect
The Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 2019 has come into force from today onwards. It is to be noted that the amendment act amend the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. The Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill 2019, which was passed by the Parliament on August 5, became an act after receiving nod from President Ram Nath Kovind on August 9.
