Pakistan's hand behind violence in Kashmir - Ministry of External Affairs
In Jammu and Kashmir, many questions are being raised after the cases of 7 murders came to the fore in the last 6 days. The Foreign Ministry says that Pakistan is behind the violence. Whereas LG Manoj Sinha says that those who did not leave the valley in 1990 have been attacked.
