Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 'Bhoomi Pujan' ceremony of Hostel Phase-I (Boys Hostel) constructed by Saurashtra Patel Seva Samaj through video conferencing in Surat. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel was also present on the occasion.
