Private vehicle a "public place" during drive, wear masks while being alone too: Delhi High Court
The Delhi High Court has ruled that during the COVID-19 pandemic it is mandatory to wear masks in any vehicle, even if it only has a driver. The court said that if the vehicle passes through public places, then there is a risk to others.
