Sources: Bengal Chief Secretary may not report at DoPT, Mamata Govt refuses to relieve despite center's order
The Home Ministry had instructed Bengal Chief Secretary Alapan Bandyopadhyay to report to the DoPT by 10 AM. But if sources are to be believed, the Bengal government is not relieving him. In this sense, He is unlikely to come to Delhi on Monday.
