Target killing in Kashmir is failure of Modi government, says Owaisi
Speaking on the targeted killings against migrants in Jammu and Kashmir, AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi has attacked the central government. Asaduddin Owaisi has said that target killing in Kashmir is a failure of the Modi government. Owaisi further said that Pakistan is playing 20-20 with people's lives in Kashmir.
