Hotel in Saint Lucia offers underwater yoga lessons
Underwater yoga is being offered by a hotel in Saint Lucia as one of a number of unusual wellness programmes to help guests relax during the pandemic. It comes as the island welcomes back tourists, with some restrictions still in place to limit the spread of COVID-19.
