DNA: China, Pakistan are leading the race for nuclear weapons!
The number of nuclear weapons that are ready as well as ready to be launched has increased globally, while China is in the midst of a significant modernization and expansion of its nuclear weapons inventory. India and Pakistan are also expanding their nuclear arsenals, said a report released on Monday by the premier concerned body.
