Pakistan drops petrol bomb on masses after soaring inflation
Pakistan hiked up the fuel prices in a bid to appease the IMF for unlocking the loan tranche. The move comes hours after unleashing a tax-loaded mini-budget. The petrol price has been increased to Rs 272 per litre after an increase of Rs 22.20.
