Russia's Putin orders cut of 755 US diplomats in response to sanctions
On Sunday, the Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that 755 American diplomats would be expelled from Moscow by September 1. This expulsion has been ordered as a mark of retaliation for new sanctions against Moscow passed last week by the U.S. Congress.
