PM Narendra Modi to flag off first train from Katra on July 4
After a prolonged wait, pilgrims from all over the country can directly reach Katra, the base camp of Mata Vaishno Devi shrine, by rail from Friday when Prime Minister Narendra Modi will flag off the first train.
