London: A natural mouth spray that claims to reduce the feeling of hunger in just few days of use has hit the UK market, promising a new help for dieters.
Full Fast is an appetite suppressant spray that curbs cravings, and producers claimed it’s made from 100 per cent natural products, the Daily Mail reported.
One of its secret ingredients is Griffonia, a source of Serotonin that controls the feeling of being full.
The formula also contains Klamath Algae, said to have positive physiological effects on mood and Guarana, a stimulant that is twice as powerful as caffeine.
Research has found that guarana may affect how quickly the body perceives itself to be full, thus helping maintain an ideal body weight.
Full Fast was tested on overweight women and showed a reduction in hunger pangs over eight weeks.
The test found that the feeling of hunger was reduced after just a few five days of use. After 21 days, the group no longer suffered from hunger cravings.
The 23.95 pounds spray, for a month’s supply, should be used five times a day, before or after a meal.
