Recent studies have shown that breast cancer has become the most common form of cancer among Indian women, surpassing cervical cancer as the deadliest of all cancers.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) also predicted that by 2020 the number of breast cancer cases will increase to an alarming figure.

Though early detection and regular medical-checkups are considered neccesary, but it is also important to eat healthy to fight the deadly cancer cells.

Eating a healthy diet can help reduce the risk of developing breast cancer.

Here are some foods that prevent breast cancer:
