Chan to ‘stretch’ talent with Disney

Los Angeles, Aug 29: Jackie Chan plans to stretch his martial arts abilities by starring in Disney's planned action-comedy Stretch Armstrong, the Hollywood Reporter said on Monday.
Chan would star as an “uptight Chinese spy and martial artist who stumbles upon a secret formula that gives him stretching powers”, the trade journal Reporter says.
The lead character for the movie — which hasn't yet been given the “green light”, is based on the elastic CAP Toys superhero action figure of the same name, the trade journal said.
Chan's most recent project with Disney was Shanghai Noon.
