New Delhi: After marking the 130th Congress Foundation Day, party vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Monday embarked on a trip to Europe.

Rahul Gandhi's trips had stirred controversies in the past.
His September trip to the US ahead of the crucial Bihar polls had given fodder to the BJP to target the Congress Lok Sabha MP from Amethi in Uttar Pradesh.
His mysterious trip during Budget Session in early 2015 had led to his rivals questioning his commitment towards Parliament. He was on a sabbatical for more than one month.
