Karnataka schools, colleges to be reopened in phased manner, says state govt panel
A committee headed by cardiologist Devi Prasad Shetty, which submitted its interim report to Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurapa on Tuesday, has recommended reopening of schools and colleges in a staggered manner.

The decision was taken in consultation with the state Technical Advisory Committee for COVID-19, keeping in mind the health and educational future of the students. The Education Minister stated that the decision on starting classes for the other students would be taken after observing the present set up.
